As the executive director of the Visit Greater Summersville Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), McDowell manages the day-to-day operations of the CVB.
She is an experienced executive leader and marketing professional with a strong background in communications, strategic planning, government and public relations, and community development. Throughout her career, she has led nonprofit organizations, businesses, and public initiatives while building partnerships that drive growth and visibility. She has helped organizations strengthen their brands and increase impact through innovative marketing and communication strategies.
